Please reach out to the Jaycee Golf Course for all the Golf Outing / Event & the Agin’s Tavern Food and Beverage information.  Once you have reviewed the information please feel free to contact us to set up a meeting to discuss in detail your golf outing / event.   Please know that we at the Jaycee Golf Course include all of the following Professional Event Services when you book your golf outing / event with us:

• Personalized set up of golf carts & scorecards.
• Outing scoring services to calculate event winners as well as GROSS skins.
• Patio set up with tables & chairs for team registration.
• Personalized event signs for Skins game, Raffle Tickets, Ect.
• Placement of your sponsor signs & banners on the golf course.
• Skill contest set up for 2 – 18 different skill contest games.
• On course set up of any Hole-In-One contests and signs.
• Placement of tee gifts in carts and set up of all golf carts with player names.
• Personalized RULES OF PLAY sheet for your event in all golf carts.
• Agin’s Tavern Clubhouse & Patio table & chair set up for all raffle, silent auction, & team winner prizes for your event.
• Agin’s Tavern Clubhouse & Patio set up of tables & chairs for food and beverage service.
• All clean up after your event.

As a friendly reminder, per State of Ohio law, all beer, wine, & liquor consumed on the Jaycee Golf Course & Agin’s Tavern property must be purchased from the Jaycee Golf Course & Agin’s Tavern Clubhouse.  We also request that a minimum of one week before your outing for your orders to be placed and head count given.
